Levi Dalton Riley
It was a blistering hot July day in 2007 that I met Mary Riley and her donkey Levi Dalton at the Michigan Coldwater Mule & Donkey Show. Since then Mary and I have become good friends.
I have watched Mary and Levi grow together and am continually amazed at their accomplishments. As of this entry, their latest driving a snow sleigh ~ how FUN!
Mary purchased Levi as a weanling. Her first and forever donkey! She has spent so much time with him training almost daily. They have entered numerous shows over the past years, won several ribbons as well as Levi performing in nativity scenes for Christmas. Last summer they started giving cart rides to the local neighbors and children. Levi has proven what donkeys do best ~ they love to PLEASE!!!
This page is dedicated to the two of them. Never before have I personally seen such a wonderfully blended team.
At the Greenville Pet Expo 2009
We recently participated in a Pet Expo where Levi showed off his stuff and promoted the donkey world!
Needless to say Levi got lots of attention and was a big hit.
